Free Standard delivery for UK 'Jewellery Box' / small item orders £35 and over.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £3.95 (1 – 2 working days delivery aim) -
'Homeware' / parcel orders via Evri.
Upto 2kg - £4.95
Upto 10kg - £6.95
If you wish to upgrade your delivery service for any reason or expedite delivery then please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate.
If your parcel does not fit through the letterbox, someone must be present to accept delivery. If delivery is missed, follow the re-delivery instructions from the courier. If the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply.
If you request changes to delivery (such as leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour), The Vintage Emporium is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Free standard delivery offer - Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 2nd Class.
Please note that: Shipments and delivery work on a per category basis with a weight limit of 10kg.
For the most part this works correctly, however if you have any issues please contact us for a solution.
Combined category & product shipping is available on request.
Packaging
Your order will arrive wrapped with care as per the items requirements. In fully reusable and recyclable packaging.

'Jewellery Box' / small item orders.
Will be wrapped in new shipping boxes and packaging suited to each item. -
'Homeware' / parcel orders.
Will be wrapped in pre-used strong boxes padded with recycled newspapers and bubble wrap for protection.
For example: Please do not be offended if the parcel box for your vintage vase is a Felix cat food box, covered in waterproof black wrapping.
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your order. However if this is not the case you can open a return by first contacting us within 24 hours of receipt, indicating the order details and reason for return.
Any returns must be received by us within 14 calendar days from receipt.
Please ensure that all unwanted goods are returned to us safely. As sold and unused. With all the original packaging, hang tags and any security tags still attached and undamaged.
Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that: Items altered to your request, personalised items and in interests of hygiene post earrings for pierced ears are none returnable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by The Vintage Emporium.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
All goods must be returned in whole for refunds to be processed. Once the item(s) have been received by The Vintage Emporium refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days. Please allow a further 5-8 days before your account is credited.
Please note that: All delivery costs are non refundable.
